Le Sainte-Victoire is the Royal William's restaurant. Our chef Samuel Hars, who cumulated more than 20 years of experience in French Cuisine, will charm you with his country-style cuisine, like his duck foie gras 'au torchon' or his honey and rosemary 'crème brûlée'.

He offers you to create your own 'table d'hôte', in a warm atmosphere of jazz and blues, enhanced by a pianist every Saturday nights.
